Refund policy
If you believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@evouk.jp with the subject line “Incorrect Item Received - [Insert Order ID].” In your email, include your Order ID, a clear photo of the incorrect product, and the purchase certificate you received.
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us at info@evouk.jp with the subject line “Defective Item Received - [Insert Order ID].” In your email, include your Order ID, a clear photo of the defect, your purchase certificate, and a detailed description of the issue.
Upon receiving your email, our customer service specialist will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. As a guideline, we will consider compensation for items reported within 14 days from the date your parcel was shipped.
For example, if your parcel was shipped on February 1st, you have until February 14th to qualify for compensation, which may include replacements or store credits.
Please note that any personal damage to the item will not qualify for compensation. Each case will be assessed individually.
Items reported after the 14-day period will not be eligible for compensation, as we believe any damages occurring after this time are the customer's responsibility. Please read your purchase certificate for more details.
