SECTION 1 – GENERAL
Welcome to www.evouk.shop (the “Site”). We strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Please read these Terms & Conditions before using the Site. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to EVOUK, which is operated by HF Hospitality Co., Ltd.
By accessing, using, browsing, or purchasing products from the Site, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Before making any purchase, it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions. The purchase of any product(s) from the Site signifies your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and that you have the authority and capacity to do so.
SECTION 2 - ACCESS & USAGE OF SITE
By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age and capacity to access and/or use the Site;
- All information provided by you on this Website is true, accurate, current, and complete;
- You are legally and financially responsible for your access and/or use of the Site;
- You do not use the Site for any unlawful purposes.
SECTION 3 - PRICING
Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in the currency of your choice for reference. All final prices at checkout are based on JPY.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, and customs charges that may apply in their country. The price shown on the Site does not include these fees. Each country has its own regulations regarding taxes. To avoid any issues, we recommend buyers learn about the tax regulations of their destination country before purchasing.
SECTION 4 - PLACING AN ORDER
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders are considered final and binding once transmitted through the Site, and we are entitled to process such orders without further consent or notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders at our sole discretion. Our acceptance of your order will occur when we send a confirmation email to your registered email address, at which point a contract will be established between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us constitutes a separate contract governed by these Terms & Conditions. We will assign an order number to your Order upon acceptance.
If we cannot process your order, we will notify you. This may be due to the product being out of stock, an error in the price or description, or an issue with your account related to credit or fraud.
Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order, please notify us at info@evouk.jp within 12 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted after this period, as your order may have already been processed. In such cases, we cannot make any changes.
All items are made to order.
Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Cancellation & Exchanges during Sale Period
Cancellations and exchanges are not allowed during sale periods.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS
Images
Product images may appear larger to show details. Always refer to the measurements before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made with incorrect size perceptions.
Measurements
All measurements on the Site are taken as accurately as possible. Minor variations in measurement are not considered defects, and orders cannot be cancelled for this reason.
Colors
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, different devices may render colors differently, and different people may perceive colors differently. Such variations are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with incorrect color perceptions.
SECTION 6 - PAYMENT
We accept payments using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateways. We do not have access to any Credit or Debit Card information. We accept payments in the currency shown at checkout.
SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Mailing Address
Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address. Please ensure the address is correct. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at info@evouk.jp immediately after purchase. Address changes are not allowed once the parcel has been shipped.
Verification & Authorization of Payment
Orders are only processed after payment is verified and cleared.
Processing of Orders
Since all items are made to order, shipping will occur 2-3 weeks after the order is placed.
Shipping Method & Duration
We offer free worldwide FedEx or EMS shipping or a similar shipping method.
For urgent orders or special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, bridal showers, or Christmas, we highly recommend placing your order at least 6 - 8 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Important Notes:
- International shipping durations are estimated.
- Customs clearance can affect delivery times depending on the destination. We cannot refund orders delayed by customs clearance, weather conditions, or postal service issues.
- Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may apply.
- Always order in advance for special occasions to ensure timely delivery.
- If your parcel does not arrive within the shipping period, please email info@evouk.jp with your updated shipping address and contact number to help us track your parcel.
Parcel Tracking
You will receive an ‘Order Shipped’ notification once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number at https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html. ( Fedex Overseas Customers)

If shipping occurs with a different method, we will provide a method of tracking.
SECTION 8 - BOUNCED / RETURN PARCELS
If mail is unclaimed after a stipulated time by the shipping service and returned to us, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs, including those using free shipping promotion codes. A package returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, refused by the addressee, or sent to an incorrect address is not an authorized return and may not be eligible for a refund of the merchandise cost, at our discretion.
SECTION 9 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept any exchanges or returns except for incorrect or defective items received.
Incorrect Item Received
If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at info@evouk.jp with the email titled “Incorrect Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Provide your Order ID and a clear photo of the incorrect product received.
Defective Item Received
If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at info@evouk.jp with the email titled “Defective Item Received - [Insert Order ID]”. Provide your Order ID, a clear photo of the defect, and a detailed description of the defect.
Upon receiving your email, our Customer Care Officer will assist you with your case.
SECTION 10 - GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are valid for one year and are strictly non-refundable and non-extendable. Gift Cards must be redeemed in a single transaction.
SECTION 11 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect, use, and disclose personal data that you provide to supply the Product to you, process your payment, send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
SECTION 12 - REVIEWS & FEEDBACK
Except as otherwise provided in these Terms & Conditions or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide to EVOUK, including ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary. By submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding moral rights such as authorship rights) to EVOUK without charge, and EVOUK shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from, and translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions become the sole and exclusive property of EVOUK and will not be returned to you, and you agree not to dispute any use of the entry by EVOUK.
You warrant that your Submissions are free of any IP right infringement, disputes, or third-party claims. EVOUK assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright or other rights of third parties by you. You agree to defend and indemnify against any losses caused by the use of the entries.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews on the Site, you also grant EVOUK the right to use the name you submit with any review, comment, or other content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the reviews, comments, and other content you post on this site and that the use of your reviews, comments, or other content by EVOUK will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead EVOUK or third parties regarding the origin of any Submissions or content. EVOUK may, but is not obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.
SECTION 13 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
EVOUK is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site and the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute, or deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without EVOUK’s prior written permission. If you believe an intellectual property right has been violated on the Site, please contact us.
SECTION 14 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned by EVOUK, including third-party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that EVOUK is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party websites or the companies that own them. By using this website, you agree to absolve EVOUK from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third-party website.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site, its services, and all information provided herein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, other than those imposed by law, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we expressly disclaim any warranty, condition, guarantee, term, or representation (i) as to the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and validity of any content or material on the Site; (ii) that the functions contained on the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free; and (iii) that any defects will be corrected. Any and all such warranties, conditions, terms, and representations are specifically excluded. We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in the materials on the Site, including factual or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. - (i) the life or wear of any Product or its suitability for any particular purpose or use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made known to EVOUK;
- (ii) improper remedy of defective products, alteration of the products, unsuitable or improper use, willful damage, negligence, or other misuse of the products, as well as fair wear and tear, by you or any third party;
- (iii) third-party claims, whether directly or indirectly caused by or relating to the content of our Site and the products purchased on or through our Site; and
- (iv) any warranties provided under these T&Cs if the total price for the Product has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.
You further acknowledge and agree that your access and use of the Site depend on third-party service providers such as internet, network, connectivity, or other link providers. Your payment for any Product purchased from the Site is processed by third-party payment system providers, and EVOUK does not retain or process any such payment information. EVOUK cannot guarantee the security of such third-party payment systems or any payment data on the Site. EVOUK is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third parties and disclaims any and all liability in connection with the acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, EVOUK is not responsible for the results of any credit inquiry, the availability or performance of the Internet, your connection to the Internet, or the actions or inaction of any other person or entity, including any internet service provider. By using the Site, you expressly relieve EVOUK from any and all liability in connection with the acts, omissions, or defaults of such third parties.
To the extent that any exclusion of liability under these T&Cs is not permitted by law, the aggregate cumulative liability of EVOUK and our affiliates under any Order shall in any event not exceed the sum that you have paid to us for the sale of products under that Order.

EVOUK reserves the right to amend the Site and these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
